The Process
Wondering how it works?
Here’s the step-by-step
Mark schedules a visit to your home. Together you talk about the project and determine what exactly you want done.
As part of your chat, Mark will ask about the “must stay” items. Possessions you don’t want to live without. This is important, as it has far reaching design implications.
Measurements are taken, colors discussed and design options explored.
This process usually takes about one hour per room.
Within two weeks, Mark will provide a cost estimate of the work being considered, project start dates and an estimate of completion time.
A follow up meeting takes place where you will have an opportunity to make changes. Changes may affect cost.
When everything is agreed upon you will be asked to sign a contract.
